2024 Advertising Opportunities
Deskpad Calendars
Deskpad Calendars are one of our most popular advertising opportunities! 100’s of calendars are distributed to the desks of our members and future members and your business card is something they see every day when they sit down at their desk! 32 business card spots are available each year. Ads are available for purchase starting in August each year and calendars are distributed in December. Advertisers will receive a complimentary bundle for distribution to their customers.
Directory Ads
Our Membership Directory is proudly distributed to our members as well as many RM offices. This handy guide is a great reference as it includes Trucking and Zone Rates, Member Contact Information, an Equipment Rental Guide and more. Business card ads, full color pages and tabs as well as covers are available for purchase each year starting in March. Directories are distributed in early summer.

Newsletter Advertising
New for 2024 is the ability to place an ad in our weekly newsletter which reaches multiple email addresses from each member company. Ads must be sent in a .pdf or .jpeg format. Ad space is available year round but pre-booking your weeks is recommended if the ad is time sensitive.
Website & Social Media Advertising
We have redone our website and are pleased to offer prime advertising space for our members. Be sure to have your ad front and center as we promote our website as the most convenient place to find rental equipment in Manitoba!
